Just a few lines, on completion of the last bit of the kitchen job yesterday, and also the superb attention to detail when things are looked at more closely. As well as what seems excellent quality material and appliances, the attention to detail in putting it all together has been really impressive, and it’s hard to find a gap of even a millimetre anywhere. This contrasts favourably with the two other kitchens we’ve bought in our last thirty years together, where lack of attention to detail, especially in the areas which the eye doesn’t normally see, has been the norm. By contrast in this case, even holes cut in the back of cupboards for pipe access etc have been crafted with the same loving care as the more visible parts. Your choice of tiler was a good one too and we’re pleased with the neat and painstaking way in which it was done.
When we got your quotation initially it seemed expensive, but looking round at other places, and allowing for inflation when comparing it with jobs we’d had done many years ago, it really now looks like very good value indeed. So we’re now thankful we chose Howson’s for this job and wish you all the very best for the future.

Sue and I are delighted with the end product and generally with the way that the job was executed.
Ian and chum, sorry I have forgotten his name, impressed Sue with their industry, skills, attitude and conduct; I wasn’t around to witness this but I have lived with Sue long enough to know that she isn’t one to lavish praise where it isn’t due; personally, I was impressed with Ian and yourself from day one.

Dear All at Howson’s,
We would like to say a big thank you for the work you have done in designing and fitting or new kitchen. Having such a small kitchen we wondered how it would all work out because having an added appliance (the dishwasher) it should logically have meant less cupboard space. However, because the cupboards are slightly bigger than our old ones, and better arranged, it has meant us having more space.
I have to say that from the first time we were visited for measuring up, design etc., we felt very confident with the way it was all handled. However, it was still difficult to make an informed choice between the Companies from whom we had estimates, (although one Company was rejected out of hand). In the end we asked our son-in-law, who has connections with people in the business, to ask around and Howson’s got the best report from the people he spoke with.
There is no doubt that we made the right choice; from the beginning to end the workmanship was brilliant and efficient. There were no hold ups or days when they couldn’t come, everything was done on time and to plan.
I can’t believe that this smart, modern, space efficient kitchen inhabits the same area as out old, space wasting, messy kitchen. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending your Company to anyone. We are more than delighted with the way it was handled and with the final result.

Dear Matthew,
Just a short note to thank all involved with providing us with a beautiful new kitchen. Ian and Dan were just brilliant. Genial, hardworking and patient guys who really understood their job and were ably assisted by Phil.
The Electricians, lead by John and Dave, were in and out so quickly but did so much work in that time and left a clean and tidy workplace behind. Please thank them for us.
John, who laid the floor and the tiling was a lovely man. Quiet and relaxed but got on with the job so quickly and efficiently that you hardly new he was there.
Last but not least, we would like to thank you Matthew for easing us through from start to finish of what could have been a traumatic experience.
A truly professional job and both lee and I can’t thank you enough.
